Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order, and orders are sent via Australia Post.

Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days

Express Delivery: 1-3 business days

We can provide same-day delivery service for orders placed before 12:00 PM and received within the Melbourne Metro Area.

Please allow an extra day for orders including 3D printed items, as we need additional time for modelling and production to guarantee your experience.

* We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, floods, bushfires, train derailments etc.).

In order to provide better products and services to our community, we have decided to limit shipping to Australia.

Ship Through Australia Post: Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.

Ship Through Jimoo: Orders will be handed over to you in person for our team. If there is no one at the delivery address, we will contact you to ask the authority to leave at safe place.
