Return & Exchange

We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase. We will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

1. The item with the original receipt is returned within 14 days of purchase.

2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached. If your purchase includes garments, they must not have been washed or worn.

3. The item must not have been personalised.

4. If you choose to return an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

* The 3D printed items are not refundable.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please send us an email at info@seesawsteam.com. Our team will help you to complete the return/exchange process.

After we receive the item, we will process your refund within 10 business days if the product meets the conditions of our Refund & Exchange Policy.
