This Pre-Order Policy applies to all products available in our store during the pre-order period from 22 February 2025, to 10 April 2025. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. We guarantee that the pre-order price will be the lowest available. Pre-order shipments will be prioritised, and a discount coupon will be provided after your order is delivered.

2. Order Modification & Cancellation

Pre-orders cannot be modified or canceled. However, if you receive a product with quality issues or defects, please contact us via email or submit an online enquiry. We will assist you with the return process and issue a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

The estimated shipping date for pre-order items is 10 April 2025. All orders will be shipped via a standard courier service. Any changes to the shipping schedule will be communicated via email.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions, we reserve the right to delay or cancel pre-orders. Customers will be notified accordingly.
